Most orders that come in before 3PM PST on weekdays ship out the same day. The same goes for 12PM on Saturdays. USPS is closed on Sundays, so no orders ship that day.

First Class Shipping takes 3-4 business days and Priority Mail takes 2-3 business days. Your order is being shipped from Southern California, so the shipping times vary based on where you are in the U.S.

* Please keep in mind that your order needs to be processed before it can be shipped, so Priority shipping does not always arrive 2 days from the minute you place your order.

USPS is closed on the following holidays, so please account for that in your delivery time.

We do offer free First Class shipping to any U.S. location, so if you still want to order... you can find a shipping intermediary in the U.S. for us to send it to and you can then pay them to send it to you.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from PelicanPhoneCases.com. If you have any issues with your case, you can return your new item(s) within 30 days of purchase. All we ask is that you send the item(s) back to us in their original retail packaging, and include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and all accessories.

We are happy to do what we can, but our policy is that we offer Free shipping on outgoing orders and customers are responsible for shipping costs if they decide to return the product.

Customers are free to use any mail service they want to return it. The original shipping box can be resused for the return as well.

As soon as you receive notification from us that an item has been refunded... we have already sent the refund back to the original source of payment. It may take a few days for that money to populate back into your account. We do not have any control over the speed in which your refund goes through the Merchant Service Provider.

Although Pelican phone cases carry a lifetime warranty... the HD glass screen protector (or any other item) that comes as a free gift with your phone case purchase does not have any warranty.

Your free gifts will automatically be added to your cart with eligible purchase. There is no need to add them to your cart manually. If a free gift is added to the cart manually... only the eligible number of gifts will ship with your order.

Although your Pelican phone case carries a lifetime warranty... the free gifts that come with your phone case purchase do not have any warranty.

You do not need to register mobile case products on the Pelican website in order to receive the lifetime warranty. The registration system is not set up for mobile products. 

Please retain your proof of purchase or order confirmation (sent via email) and you will be covered.

All of the the Pelican phone and tablet cases carry lifetime warranties with an exception of the Marine cases. The Marine cases are covered by a two-year warranty
