Orders ship within 24 hours of when they are placed except for Saturdays and Sundays. USPS is closed on Sundays, so no orders ship that day. First Class Shipping takes 3-4 business days and Priority Mail takes 2-3 business days. Your order is being shipped from Southern California, so the shipping times vary based on where you are in the U.S.* Please keep in mind that your order needs to be processed before it can be shipped, so Priority shipping does not always arrive 2 days from the minute you place your order.

We do offer free First Class shipping to any U.S. location, so if you still want to order... You can find a shipping intermediary in the U.S. for us to send it to and you can then pay them to send it to you.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from PelicanPhoneCases.com. If you have any issues with your case, you can return your new item(s) within 30 days of purchase. All we ask is that you send the item(s) back to us in their original retail packaging, and include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and all accessories.

Our return policy is that we offer Free shipping on outgoing orders and customers are responsible for shipping costs if they decide to return the product.

As soon as you receive notification from us that an item has been refunded... we have already sent the refund back to the original source of payment. It may take a few days for that money to populate back into your account. We do not have any control over the speed in which your refund goes through the Merchant Service Provider.

Most of the the Pelican phone and tablet cases carry lifetime warranties with an exception of the Marine cases. The Marine cases are covered by a two-year warranty.
